Green HondaHatch With Skunk2 ON the back window

We were cruising down near the exit to the blvd and we pass this honda with skunk 2 on the back window, and he revs takes off we wait about 1 second and just blast him i don't know if he was running turbo or not but i swore i heard a bov after we passed him

that exhaust was pretty loud man (sounded great too) but my friend posted that he was at my house he was the one driving, he owns the car i just let him see my account
