i know where you work and im going to call bs on them paying you $31 an hour as a service writer.

 

Service writers arent normally hourly as far as I know, but rather they get commission, and if thats so he can make a well over $31/hr if he's rolling and his techs are as well.

 

Who said I am paid hourly? Like Kevin mentioned I am commission. Most writers are going to be salary/commission split, or just commission. That 1255 is an average paycheck. In this business you can make up to 1800 per week and it has been done. Alot depends on the time of the year too. I have known writers to make over 2k a week.

 

buy some of them fucks a 7-11 hot dog. fuck, thats what the owner of the old shop i used to work at did when he told us we had a good week.

on a side note, i have found that if you buy them lunch on fridays, and make it a habit that if they pump it out they get a good meal, not cheap shit, most will rock it out.



it aint hard. even as a flat rape tech i rolled in a check a few times a year that was grossing well over a grand, closer to two. shit, i took home one check that was about 1100 during my four year stint in blacksburg.

No.

They deposited the money. However first thing in the morning they reversed the funds in their account and fixed my pay stub so it would be accurate. I wrote them a check back for the difference.
