I've never been in there, although I remember seeing a sign out front having to do with Sex int he city show one night. Go figure.

 

Element is just a chill bar. it is free to get into, all you do is dance and drink and have fun. Nice girls at this bar

 

my boss' brother does DJ work there....there's always a cover charge, how the heck is anything free in richmond?

 

Maybe that pass covers the cover charge?????

If you are talking about the element lounge in downtown richmond, if you are talking about that club its free anytime I go with my bro and his frieds I always just walk in and no cover charge. I never paid and I have been going on fri and sat once
