Default Finding E85 locally

I've been on the search for E85 lately however there are no public pumps anywhere close to me (Richmond, Fredericksburg). I have found a place out of Houston that sells 55gal drums except shipping alone was $320.

I called the local places that sell race gas, one place just said no and the other said they could but $8 a gallon.

So I ask does anyone know anywhere I could get E85? A pump is preferable but I wouldn't mind getting a drum of it if it works out to be less then $4 a gallon.

It's pretty cheap too, significantly cheaper than 91 octane, thanks to big government ethanol subsidies. I'd run it in the WRX if I wanted to get tuned and never take a road trip.

Why don't you just get an empty drum, borrow someones pick up truck and go up there to fill it up yourself.
