I'm travelling from the I-95/I-295 intersection jest below Ashland, and it takes me less than half an hour. You'd probably take the same route as me, I-295 to I-95s, then I-195 to Powhite (50 cent toll) and exit at Courthouse Rd (another 50 cent toll, damn greedy rappers). Follow Courthouse Rd down a bit to make a right onto Hull St, third stoplight turn left into the shopping center.
