i sat on the brake trying to get a good qualifying ET. that is what we were doing out there.

i was on it too long and blew the tires off the line, i tried to lay back into it a ways out but it spun again so i coasted from there

it would have gone the same reguardless of who was next to me.

No, just posting up one of the videos from the day. I had not seen any others posted. I figured you all had some but they were most likely posted in the private part of the RPM board that I can't see. If you need to sit on the brake to run a good ET then so be it. Do what you have to do.



Do you all have any of the other outlaw videos from the day or that one w/o music?

 

Looked like 69vette was about 3 cars ahead of the mouse by half track even headed towards the wall, lol. Congrats on the win David, but like you said, there's always next time right? I'd like to see a good race between the two cars on a well prepped track.

thats right gsx i was busy slip sliding around in the far lane but got it back together.

if he can't hook the full slick you can imagine my troubles on 17" dr's. i do think the far lane was the better lane to be in.

 

Yeah, the track prep was lacking from what I heard. Thanks for posting that video.

 

Seemed like they just didn't prep it after the morning and there were a ton of regular street tire cars running down the track all day. I could hook fine off the line with the boost turned down to 0-1# for launch but as soon as I tried to ramp the boost in around the 330' - 1/8th it just blew the tires off. The track wouldn't hold any amount of power.
