Clear coat
My car is not a show car by any means. I beat on it harder than a rented donkey and it shows. The clear coat has been peeling on a piece above the passenger window of the Mustang down to the paint (which is not damaged, yet). Hooray for crappy Ford.
Would like to get this fixed on the cheap so as to continue pouring all my loot towards finishing up some home improvement projects. Priorities, you know?
Anyone know of a place willing to clear coat that one piece, economically, without it looking like a Krylon job? I realize that clear coating the entire car would be much better, but I'm not looking to spend that kinda loot on this car.

I don't know what is up with Fords Mustang quality for 97 but you are the second other 97 Mustang that had paint issues with me. My black bumper hazed and was turning white and a buddies black 97 did the same thing, same spot. My old paint had the clear coat peeling away right above the passenger window as well.
