I have respect for anyone who puts hard earned money and time into a car, no matter what it is. Even if it's not my taste, I still respect the effort that people put into it.

But everytime I see that style wheel, all I can picture is this:

Now I know they are not anywhere near the same thing, but I have never seen a "VIP" styled car up close enough to really understand the wheel fitment.

Well, the difference is taste. You don't need to see a vip car to understand wheel fitment. Just take a look at newer Stock BMW's. The wheels are very flush and the stance is very low for a stock car and they look great (ex. a 2004 330ci)

Although i generally take it to extreme, wheels that are flush with the fender just look better.

=[QUOTE]

It not so much a VIP issue on wheel fitment. There many people with out VIP style cars have wheel fitment issue. Wheel fitment is wheel fitment period dont matter what the car is.

Basically it allows you to run lower offset...thus giving you more lip. And you cant deny that a big lip is sweet as fuck

yeah this deep lip is definitely sex. I just figured the tires being pulled like that would be unsafe/unstable.
