Default Chris SR20DET

My buddy just imported a SR20DET front clip from Japan. Its pretty Pimp, right hand drive. He is putting it in his Sentra, Is it possible to do a right hand drive swap, its is a GTI-R. Will it mount up to a 2000 Sentra from a 1998 Nissan Pulsar. If u dont know thats cool if anyone else does let me know. In the future he is using the AWD Transmission and doing a AWD swap.

i am pretty sure the pulsar will mount right up with the sentra. but doing a rhd swap would just me WAY too much trouble to even worry about.

AWD swap...wouldn't that probably cost something like 10k in labor? I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm not going to claim to be an expert on GTI-R swaps but I will say AWD conversion is alot more than the rear end and a driveshaft. It's a pain in the ass, and like others said not worth the trouble. You should have asked me before he bought the clip. I know a guy selling a legit gti-r with title and everything.

Well he is putting it in his sentra and his brother owns a shop and he is doing all the inspecting.

Edit: About the AWD swap it is just a pipe dream right now. He is mounting it up to his current transmission.
