Can you get a ticket for running a red light?

don't run any red lights in or near D.C./baltimore area or you will recieve the ticket in the mail.

Well its most definitely south...so "down" would have to be in play. Perhaps, "Down, over there" would be perfection. Ah yes, I think thats it.
