He may work there, but in order to make that much money working for Chesterfield with out a bachelors degree (which I doubt he has) you either work your ass off and sweat your guts out working tons of overtime, or you have years of experience. Being that you have to be 18 to work for Chesterfield, I don't think one year of experience is going to put him in that pay bracket.
