Same coach. What positions do u play? Im (Primary) pitcher,(Secondary) 3rd, and outfield.

 

^ lol thats cool as shit, my main spot is catcher.. then short and center.. I pitch a lil to but since I fucked my elbow up like 2years ago I really never have tried throwin hard on it again or and curves/sliders.. My elbow hurt like fuck when I was to extend it straight, I mean a really sharp pain but I never got it looked at it just got better over time. You should come out one night and hit around with us

Try one of those braces that goes around your forearm. You can pick one up from Dick's for about $12. I used to have that same problem, but since I have been playing with that on I'm 100% pain free.
