whatever. i've known kevin for a while and he's a good guy. he's a fairly busy person and tends to fall off the radar from time to time. it's probably just a misunderstanding or an honest mistake.

If he were a good guy, he'd be breaking his neck to give back the $750 that he stole. I don't care WHO vouches for him, his actions on this speak louder than anything else. Being too busy to take 3 minutes and paypal someone money that you stole from them should be his absolute sole number one priority IF he had an ounce of decency within him.

There is absolutely no excuse, reason, or circumstance that would prevent a person not in a coma from refunding money on paypal.
