Another boosted ride hits the street.
My 01 TA has been off of the road for awhile; it's good to be driving it again.
I had some dyno issues on Friday, car was running out of fuel too early and we didn't have enough time on the dyno to get things sorted out there... The second pull the car made 550rwhp at only 4900-5000 RPMs & 597 ft/lbs tq and was completely out of fuel with the Walbro 340 and pump booster hitting it w/18 volts... Timing was low too, and there was no methanol on that pull.... I also had no control over the boost, and saw 17psi on the street later that night which knocked my 315s loose at like 70 something MPH...
Mightymouse helped me sort some shit out tonight and I can control the boost now... It's pig-rich and has no timing, but it's a good bit stronger than my 99 Z28 with headers, lid, and 150 wet shot.
...gotta get those drag radials on there... and I need more pump. But it's coming along.

Once EVERYTHING is sorted out (which will prolly still be a few months!) seeing 650RW on pump gas would be nice; 700 would be butter. On race fuel, I hate to speculate. I will find out though.

Re: Another boosted ride hits the street.
It won't hit the track until ALL of the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
Still needs the aluminum tank, bigger pump, 12-bolt rear end and relocated torque arm... I have them all, but I don't have much free time. I work ALOT. I need some big n littles for the track too...

Looks good man....great numbers for the amount of boost and such way way conservative timing....shutting down early in the rpms really killed your hp numbers too.
On another note.....dammit!....I guess the days of me being one of the quick boosted f-bodies are numbered.....
