That's awesome! What are the rules for the road? I saw an earlier thread where it was closed off but was opened by local police for enthusiasts, so I'm guessing that there were no limits, but in the vid, I saw cops on the TOTD?

The speed limit is 35 on the dragon. I don't think cops are so much concerned with speeding, since you don't really get too fast with so many turns. I think they mostly ticket for crossing the yellow lines.
And I'd like to think the semi we saw attempting to make it through the dragon probably got a ticket. There's NO way he made it all the way through there without getting stuck some place and almost causing a few accidents along the way. Idiot.
