or next time.. buy a 10 dollar tool kit from auto zone (i work there), a 3 dollar flashlight, and a 15 dollar scissor jack, leave it in your ride. ill give you 20 percent off

Ok so how many of you check to see if the motor mounts are properly torqued when you buy or trade a car?.. and tell me how i could have effectively pulled over, had a $10 toolkit, and a scissor jack handy and fixed the problem? Because i had a whole tool-box in the trunk.. but all i keep hearing is either useless thread-flaming bullshit, or that i should've had these tools and im on my way.

 

Please don't tell me i'm being called a dumbfuck, but in the event a motor-mount comes loose or breaks on one of your cars, you're going to jack the motor up back into place with some autozone shit, none of which is an engine hoist?.. and Misfit is right. Its the same people talking shit in all the threads.. unless they're nut-riding. But it's cool its the internet i could have easily disabled my rep like a bitch.
