The engines can be bored .020 over but everything else must remain stock aside from the spec exhaust. These cars will run 2:19's at VIR with a good driver. Look up some lap times of cars that you think are quick and compare these 150bhp cars to them. I only say that because i'm a continually surprised at how quick these cars are on the track. Best way to go racing IMO.

The suspension is a little different. Everyone runs the same shocks, springs, and sway bars but the rear bar is adjustable as well as the camber and castor on the front so the setup comes into play. All the bushings are delrin or solid. When I say all the bushings i'm talking about everything from the shift linkage to the rear subframe. These cars are solid track performers.

I thought they/you were faster then 2:19's.

btw, stop buying up all the small bumper cars and turning them into racecars. Some of us want nice E30 street cars again!!!

Why would you turn such a nice e30 into a racecar? Its getting tough for the rest of us just to find a decent chassis to build on.

I almost hit a random ass 2002 sitting in the middle of Ghent in Norfolk one night while cruising on my bike.
I instantly thought of you.

How much have these builds been costing you all together? Cost of the donor and cage build seem to be the biggest costs.
