from a hyosung 250 to this-
it's a pretty... significant difference. i'm not going to knock the hyosung, because it was a great starter bike for me- very forgiving for a new rider, relatively inexpensive, and actually looked pretty nice as well. but this r6 is AMAZING. i'm absolutely in love with this bike. and there's only 40 miles on it.

very nice..good to see you learned to ride the right way..that will only make it that much better on your new R6..i am a suzuki guy but i admit i like my 06/07 gixxer styling better then the 09. I saw you were debating between the 2. And PS..powder coat the rear sets black or gold ASAP and order some Gilles or Sato rear sets in Black too..then it will be golden. Powder coating the plate holder would not hurt either.. enjoy keep the topside up!
