Might be as simple as plugs, actually. I ordered 4 different ones because opinions vary on which to use, so I get to go to Advance Auto on Wednesday to pick up 4 NGK's and play "musical plugs".
I DO have spark now, thankfully. I achieved this by taping the positive/negative battery leads together and removing the battery entirely, as the starter uses a magneto. Apparently a dead battery will drain some current from the system, or something like that. I don't know anything about all this electrical shit.
