Brian beat me to it, but yeah, the plastic intake manifolds are fine.

The only issue ive personally ever seen with plastic manifolds was on a S/C'd G35. Guy warped the flange causing a bad vacuum leak. But that was also at 20+lbs of boost, and the motor grenaded

Brian they come from the factory with a metal one but a few company's make plastic ones that alot of guys get. We just thew the stock metal one back on and he didnt have anymore problems
