It is, and missing a few other small little parts. I guess I could have given the back story to it, not to excuse the absence of a few parts. The car was found in the woods 8 years ago, and there was a tree growing through the floor. The owner of this car took it home, and did 100% of the work himself on the car......including paint, in his garage.
Been a long project in the making, but it has come a long ways.

my father and i just recently finished restoring our 67 ss vert.... so i can appreciate all the effort that went into finding parts and doing your own labor
