If the current challenge is still open after 24hrs, OP of said challenge has the option to create a new one, however he must grab his original challenge first.

I made the kit car challenge. I was confident I'd be able to get it if the 24 hour period passed, but the weather turned, and he never came out. So Z33 said after a few hours to just make a new challenge.

I'm soooo off topic saying this, but it's weird. I was in Cairo, Egypt and discovered 90% of the houses there are unfinished. If they build a house and don't finish it- thus, they don't have to pay taxes on it because it is "under construction." What a bunch of morons to have that policy.
