Ive found that if i had junk sitting on the paint that is too much for the run of the mill mild clay...i would get the aggressive clay and that seems to get the really hard crap out of the paint...however aside from one instance ive never had a problem with just using the mild clay and just making multiple passes and it just takes a bit more time but it comes out and i dont run the risk of going through the clearcoat

On a side note i ordered myself a new head for the engine...its a 998cc motor and im putting a 1098cc head on it with a Kent 256 cam...should get a bit more power and may have it ported a bit more

didnt get alot done this weekend but i pulled her out so i could clean up my garage a bit

this is probably the shiniest the roof has ever looked...doesnt even look black anymore as its reflecting everything

and the back end...only clay'd right now

Finally done! here is a pic of the front end with the grille and bumper reattached...took the clay bar to the chrome and then some metal polish and elbow grease



completed pics in the daylight to come in a few hours!

Finally seen in the light...took my mini to MINI Thunder IV, which is held at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, CA...
