Just look up how much a 2jzgte swap from JEI costs.

I'd leave it stock as fuck. Drop the motor in, wire it up, make a driveshaft and have fun.

...really I was talking specifically about the fact that the LSX is probably direct bolt-up in this car or very close. But I guess now that you mention it, yes, LSX swap everything!
