95 GSR Jackson Racing Supercharger build thread
Gonna throw it on tonight. I'll take some pics and post up the progress over the next few weeks.
Going from stock everything on 6-7 psi to some basic upgrades and Hondata on 10-12 psi.

Or just delete this thread and make a new one when you actually have something to post.

Post pics tonight or tomorrow morning, and I'll move this thread to eye candy. If you don't post pics, I'll get rid of this thread and you can make a new one in eye candy when you have something to post.

Re: 95 GSR Jackson Racing Supercharger build thread
So this is the plan; I bought the SC used so I just wanna make sure it works before I run a higher boost. Right now I'm just gonna throw it on there with everything else completely stock. Once I know that it works I will going with a CRV crank pulley and that should put me at about 10psi. With that I will be adding a DC Sports header, exhaust, CAI, Hondata 300, fuel pump, DSM injectors, colder plugs and dyno tuning it to see what I can get to the wheels. I know that I'm not gonna get any crazy numbers; I would be happy with 220 or a little more.
Started pulling everything off. Had to go back and forth above and below; the bracket for the intake manny is a bitch. I don't have much experience with B18's....so this is a learning process as well.
Finally got it off
And realized we had busted the oil sensor. Picking another one up this morning.
Pulled out the alternator and changed the pulley and got the brackets and alt reinstalled. This morning I'll be changing out all the sensors on SC with mine (cause I know mine work) and hopefully getting it up and running before the weekend is over.

Re: 95 GSR Jackson Racing Supercharger build thread
Well; each night I try and work on this thing....I run into something else that I don't have. Good excuse to buy tools though. Like the 30mm socket I needed for the oil cooler.......that I didn't know I needed till midnight. Yeesh.
And it wasn't the oil sensor, it was the knock sensor. So gotta wait till that comes in tomorrow.
Bought some stud pullers so I could get the old gasket off completely. Stupid paper gaskets!!!!
Cleaned up the intake manifold.
And parts are starting to arrive.
But they screwed up and sent me one white rim; it was even packaged in a flat black labled box! Should be here next Thursday.
She's getting there...........slowly.
Got most of the wiring run for the two guages I'll be using; wideband and boost. That boost line was a bitch!!!!
And no offense to anyone else; but I think pillar guages are just teh gay. ESPECIALLY people that put guages in a car that isn't even boosted. "Nice volt guage there pal". Gimme a break. So I went this route instead.

Got the guages installed; on the guage end at least. Still need to wire power and ground and stuff.
