Default 4.6L GT Mustang: PI head swap, and video! Part 1
My brother Kalvin finished his major upgrade on the 4.6L few months back in 2010:

PI PHASE 1 head swap
TRANSMISSION rebuild: gears, clutch, shaft
and bolt ons.

Since the swap, with me in passenger, this GT has taken down Charger RT's w/ mods, Camero SS w/mods, Corvette C5, few more.

Hmmm...someone deleted my previous comments which weren't bad at all, so I'll repeat them and if someone has an issue, please man the fuck up and PM me.

Good on them for doing the head swap on a 4.6 in their driveway...it's not easy.

That being said, even with a PI head swap, I'd like to know how you pulled on a SS with mods which would probably have at least 75 more whp.
