1979 Honda Civic 1200, old school!
I went and visited Wallace Honda & Acura to check out their old school civic!

It would be 10x nicer if some Mexican hadn't airbrushed it
Also, aren't those wings the mark of Honda Motorcycles and not the auto division? I really think the appeal of a car like this is keeping it close to original as possible with some period correct aftermarket wheels. |

Pinstripes were big for everyone in the 70s, so I can dig it.
Love the old school looking speakers and the car is sweet. |

i was thinking the same thing but it seems that the Super Civic crap isnt on the paint so im gussing you can remove it somehow? that leather thing doesnt line up righ to the rest of the hood:dunno: |

Thanks for posting such an incredible car. Airbrush work and trying to keep it old school isn't seen much anymore. This car craftsmanship and detail is hard to come by now a days. Bravo on a well built car.

Yeah some might not like the air brushing or pin striping, but the owner has a different time frame in mind. Still a cool little car and has cool little features like the etching on the glass and the chrome details.
I mainly just wanted to show off my pics and the car, but its all good! |

Nice.... I wish someone would build up a 1st gen prelude. Saw a flawless 1979 prelude at CAP a couple of years ago. Nice and clean silver paint with mint condition red vinyl interior. Very sad to see it in the j/k.
