Whats so bad about them?

 

Nothing. I think they look good on certain cars.

 

they only block rain when the window is cracked, not when its all the way down, basically the rain that hits the windshield doesnt go in the car window anymore.

Advance auto is sooooo.."gay"trust me I use to work there.the ones at advance are made of cheap plastic. people always complaint about how they would fall off(only held by double sided tape)and much more noticeable,at least the ones he mention on the post have a flushed look to them.But $130 for plastic no way.thats my$.02

I have them, and I love them. They keep the windsheild from fogging up during rainy days in summer...so long as I'm not stuck in traffic; then I'm pretty much screwed.

 

If they are held on my tape I DO NOT WANT THEM.

 

They are. They're held on by 3m tape.

edit: I think they make ones that sit inside your window now.
