As for track performance I'm really not qualified to get into that, but I can say both cars have a true 50/50 front-rear balance with the NSX having an obvious edge being about 400lbs lighter than the vette. I'm sure the NSX suspension is at least comparable with what comes on a Z06, although the Z06 I rode in seemed to ride a lot rougher on the street.
But the Z06/NSX is really an unfail comparison, I'd much rather be in a Lotus Esprit for that kind of money.

who was it that posted the video is the NSX-R on the road course with the f50, murcielago, and like 3 various top of the line porsches. NSX was far underpowered compared to all the competitors, and it stayed in 3rd through the whole course except for the final straightaway. thats the only time the murcielago could get past it, but as soon as the first turn came up the NSX hauled ass and got right back past.
