I don't think one should speculate on what happened in that accident since no one really knows the details, it could have been some sort of freak accident caused by something other then a drivers poor judgement but we will probably never really know.

its a pretty stereotypical phrase to say, but okay. so a TRUE car enthusiast (assuming you were given the right to dictate who is one) drives 'spirited'? lol! well i've a little 11 year old neighbor kid that is absolutely in love with cars! he likes both 8's and 4's, both rice and stock, everything. he can probably tell you more about your car than you can... he's a TRUE car enthusiast and ya know what... kid cant even drive yet.
