Last Friday in front of Exxon on Magruder. . .you know the Hampton Roads Business center? For some odd reason there were like 7 cops that were in the out lane and they had tagged a couple of kids in imports. Few minutes after that, a police escorted ambulance came out of there hauling ass. So does anyone know? Some kids acting stupid? No one caught up in it right?
