Default where to get a new bumper? ('98 LS 400)

im looking for a bumper (just the cover, not the support or absorber) for my girlfriend. its a 98 Lexus LS400. anyone know any sites or anywhere where i could get one of these? i've already tried to google it with no luck. im finding a bunch of sites that sell just the supports but not the actual cover. the dealership wants to rape $1200 for one... thanks in advance.

for 1200, you can probably get a full body kit and make your car look a little nicer.
