Where is it?
I've been in Virginia for over a year now. I was here all last spring and summer and i noticed something, well ok lets go from the beginning. I'm from Indianapolis, we have always had a big scene with racing, whether it be, drag, nascar, IRL, F1, street racing whatever.
My thing is... I got here and i never see people out cruising (the way the streets are here i can see why people don't) and i've been to one little hangout i guess you would say, there isn't a drag strip/track around norfolk that i've seen which really sucks, i'm not bashing at all, i'm just wondering where all the hangouts are at, what is there to do around here? i'm not talking about people who meet up in Berettas with huge wings and do burnouts to attract cops, normal people who aren't idiots. I cruised around a couple times in my Eg last summer just looking for people out and about and i never saw anybody. I guess you guys had some get togethers, i missed due to work. I'm bringing my other car here when it's done which should be around summer and i just wanna cruise/hangout or something so i can feel a little more at home i guess haha. I guess what i'm trying to say is, does anybody want to be my friend?

if im ever in 757, ill chill. unfortuantley im in hburg, which is probably even worse then where youre at cause all we have are people with stock suv's that think they can outrun any import and 16 yr olds with big ass wings

Ever since 564 and even awhile before that the scene has been locked down. Best bet is to use the events section and do something legit. Don't get caught at a "hangout" spot or even think about street/highway racing VABCH/NORFOLK cops don't play and will pull you over for looking at the crosseyed, then hit you with every fix-it ticket they can. IMHO

Yeah i've noticed how cops are around here, i was on my bike on 264, i passed a car, i was in the passing lane, pulled back into the lane next to me. This cop rolls up next to me, gives me this evil ass look and shakes his head like "don't go fast or i'll fuckin run you off the road" i was seriously doing nothing wrong, don't get me started on the retarded reckless driving ticket i got from a trooper that cost me $581.
