What set of tires should I get?

What set of tires should I get?
I want a set of tires that will give me the best dry traction, enough wet traction not to hydroplane, will last long enough to get through a year, and are really high quality.
I was thinking a set of Yokohoma Advans, but I couldn't find any in my size

I honestly don't know much about tires. I have Parada Spec II on the front and Fuzion ZRI in the back. I would like something I can feel safe with. Handling is more important that "off the line".
Any suggestions?

Why does the area matter?
If you click on a specific tire on that link, there are reviews from people that have bought and personally used the tire.

Exactly.
I wanna know if people's tires lasted on 64, and what is good for the amount of rain/humidity we have.
What is good in SOCAL or FL or NY might not work here.
