It's only 3 years old so it hasn't had time to break 
. Supposedly the Golf is actually a pretty good car, which is strange because pretty much nothing else they make is. I expect electrical gremlins eventually but that's about it.

I've had the intermittent power steering failure a few times. I've been meaning to schedule a time to take it over to checkered flag to have it fixed, but I'm a slacker sometimes.
