Check out this link. Tons of awesome used cars for pretty cheap. They say it's only $900 to ship to US.

Yeah ... that's great and all, but how exactly do you plan on getting it by customs?
The warehouse where it is shipped to won't release it unless all the EPA paperwork has been filled out and approved.

also, onces a Car with the same trim, year, and all that gets approved by Customs... doesnt anyone after that get to come in no problems? that would make sense to me... so if a 95 GTS-T made it in...another 95 GTS-T could make it in?

You have to have either the manufacturer of the car (HAHA ... good luck on that one) or a registered importer basically say the car will pass all the EPA stuff.
Just saying "but this car did it" won't work. You have to pay someone to say the car will pass

here is a quick story about what happened to my local importer when customs was examining their stuff.
containers come in: 1 20ft and 2 42ft containers.
customs personell didnt even seethe first two cars (my old Celica GT-4 and a s15 on the other container) but when they opened the door to the third they almost shit when they saw a complete Celica GT-4 Carlos Sainz version in there. so they quaranteed the whole container, iincluding all the motors and trannies in there. Customs refused to let them pull the motors or anything out of the container and told the importer to consider it a loss since they were gonna scrap it all.
since there was about 150k in retail in the one container, you could imagine how pissed they were...so after they contacted the governor of NC. Customs agreed to give them the engines..but they had to cut the car in half.
so armed customs agents came with the container from wilmington and physically watched them cut the car in half, towing away the back half to the scrapyard themselves.
the problem isnt getting caught with the car...its the fact that the containers are filled with other revenue generating products that can cost the importing company dearly. just my story.
