There's only one place that I know of locally, out in Chesapeake. Turbo Specialties & Machine, 547-0838. I got a quote of ~$500 for a basic rebuild on my journal bearing T28 =-\

You might be better off sending it out to get rebuilt. I sent mine to Blaast Performance, in Canada. Seems kinda sketchy sending something to Canada to get rebuilt, but the price was great and the guy did great work.

http://www.blaastperformance.com/index.php

It was $300 to rebuild my T28, which included machining of the shaft which had worn down because of a bad thrust bearing and a 360* thrust upgrade (both of which cost extra). I think that also included shipping. Best price I could find anywhere.

If you'd rather stay in the US though, I've heard nothing but good things about: http://www.gpopshop.com

Tims turbo FTW.

He's local(NOVA), great guy to deal, does good work and his prices are reasonable.

I dropped off my 15G to get a rebuild/wheel clipped and it was done the next day. Cost like $350 for everything.
