This will be the 2nd annual Thanksgiving Event. Last year with only 2 weeks notice and 4 hours of work we were able to collect 758 lbs. of food. This year with much more notice i believe we can do 2500 lbs. Please show your support by joining us that day. I am open for ideas to make this event better than lasts years event. So those who went let me know. Everyone complains about nothing to do with the local scene anymore. So heres the opportunity to do something and something worth while at that. 2500 lbs is a lot but not impossible. Go around your neighborhood with a flyer. Telling them to put the items on their doorstep on a certain day and you will pick it up. If you need a flyer to print out simply post your email and you will have one.

Last years had a VERY nice turnout and we want to make it bigger. We want to shoot for over a ton of food. Local teams, come on out and show your stuff, get to know others if you haven't already. And all of us who have met up before, it's a good chance to meet in a parking during the day, since we are so used to it being at night.

Please, help us make this big! DragVA isn't saturated completely even in the 757, so tell everyone to at least come by. And you Central VAers, it's only an hour drive

a few people have emailed/pm'd that they would like to try and sell some more items at this event to. that is fine by us. no $5 charge for the parking spot this time. but $5 donation would be nice if you would like to.
