Yes, you figured it out. It's a twin turbo 4 cylinder. Everyone does it because it works really well. 
I'm really doubting you have some massive power car because you don't really know much about.....anything. Did you buy these cars from someone else who did all of the work?

Twin turbo son. Suspension consist of full coilovers in the rear set on hardest setting so the ass doesn't squat when launching and ebay springs on aftermarket struts on lowest setting so the front digs harder. Custom traction bars made with my 110 welder and skills. No swaybars.
People twin Turbo 4 cylinders. But you suppose to be able to make more with a single Turbo unless 6+ cylinders I thought I don't do the builds. Ans the evo will be ready Chris tucker doing the build.
