Thought about it, but wouldnt i have to take classes to race it? and I dont have money to race......... know a certain place i can sell it at, where people buy track cars?

If you know anyone with a shop, they might be able to do a storage lien on it (or something of the sort) And after 30 days just take the paper work up to dmv with $50 plus taxes.

well a friend of mine owns a body repair shop. if i was to keep it there for a month and pay him to store it there, i can claim it as my own?

There are mechanic liens and storage liens, I think they fall under the same category at dmv. But yeah, the body shop might know a titling company. The titling company deals with most of the paper work. All the titling company needs is the vin/make/model. Then 30 days after they start the paper work, you should be able to take it to dmv. It might take longer though. And storage can get pretty pricey, so make sure with your friend before you commit.

you may be able to claim it as an abandoned vehicle
goto to the VDOT site it should be form VSA 40, do a search for abandoned vehicle
and since you've done the information request that's half of the legwork
