Tire Tech Needed at Chesapeake RIMCO
RIMCO, a division of Aaron's Sales & Lease is opening a new location at 1356 S. Military Highway in Chesapeake, Va. Looking for a Tire Tech, preferably with experience in the custom wheel and tire business. 40 hour work week with a starting pay of $10.00 per hour plus commission. Vacation, 401k and medical and dental. Apply in person between 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday. This is a company that expects it's employees to be treated like family. Aaron's operates over 1400 stores in 49 states and Canada. Where you can go with this company is limited only by your desire and dedication.
The tire tech position pays $10.00 per hour plus $5.00 per install (single or set). We also pay $3.00 for a hub paint. Position requires 5 days per week @ 40 hours. We are closed Sunday and all major holidays except July 4th. We provide 2 weeks of paid vacation after the first year, 5 paid holidays, 5 sick days and 1 personal day. Pay is reviewed twice a year. 401k is available after 1 year. Medical and Dental is available after 60 days. We do conduct a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
We need someone that has the drive and desire to work for a progressive company that offers a chance to advance in your career. You must be able to start this week.
