tire change

I need tire's transferred from one set of steelies to another set. Is there anyone that can help me?! I need to get this done ASAP my tires are balled.

dumbass if i drove that far most likely one of them would of blown. Why should i pay for new tires when i have a perfectly good set on another set of steelies?
