It would have to be running at least a 125% duty cycle on those injectors to make 350hp.
EDIT - unless there is 6 injectors, or an alcohol/methanol/water injection setup.

I'm not really sure what the 'duty cycle' they were running them at was, but it was ~40psi at idle and ~60-70psi under full boost, which I'm sure is probably more fuel than they were intended to squirt.

Remember that they may be 550cc@3bar, but theres nothing that says he isn't running at say 4 or 5bar. At 5bar a 550cc@3bar injector will flow 710cc(67.5lb/hr). Also depends whether they're pulse injectors or peak/hold too and duty cycle.
A water/methanol injection setup wouldn't be too surprising either.
