With a four point, a rollover could be deadly.
(I am assuming your car does not have a cage.)
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Stock seat belts are designed to let you bend foward in the seat if there is a roll-over. Harnesses are designed to keep you absolutely planted in the seat. Obviously you can see how that could hurt if you go end over end. You need at least a roll bar to keep yourself from potentially killing yourself.
I had 3" Simpson 5-points with a 4-point rollbar in my old Porsche. And I never used them on the street. (Except when they were doing seatbelt checks at school to be an asshole.)

I currently have a 4 pt. sabelt harness, apparently im too small to hold myself in properly, so either something smaller is necessary or stock seatbelts are in order. But how the hell is 5'8'' 150'' so small as to a genral harness doesnt fit?!

Re: ? for those who use harnesses.....
I have 2 momo 4pt harness, although my car is not fast nor do i drive it that way, I use them because I have an aftermarket stearing wheel with no driver side airbag. If I could have done it over I would have gotten the 3 pt harness simply cuz they are a little better to deal with and they are more comfortable. For everyday use they are a pain to have but I've gotten use to it and it doesn't bother me.

What type of info are you looking for exactly?
