Default Suspension rebuild for the summer

So im doing my research and heres what ive come up with.
let me know what ya think on each.

Car
95 Honda Accord 2dr 5spd
F22b1 vtec

Coilovers
Tein Basic Coilover Damper Kit

Im still looking for upper and lower control arms.

What do you want to use the car for? (dd, etc.)
If your using it for a daily you may be better off with a good spring/strut combo instead of the coilovers, may be some KYB's and Tein H-techs (my buddy has this setup on his accord and it rides great). Unless your dead set on them then go for it, Tein makes some nice stuff.

I also definitely recommend getting strut tower braces, those are something that have made a noticeable difference when I used them.

thanks man. i have kybs now but the absorbers keep blowing out. this is m second set in 6 months. its cause the springs dont seat properly and the absorbers cant take the strain. if i can get it the way i want it i want to do grip track.

go with Koni sport dampers if your serious about tracking.. roll bars that are adjustable would be nice too.

thanks for the advice.

im still thinking im missing soemthing. would i need new bearings or anything of that nature ?

again im pretty slow when it comes to suspension work so please bear with me.

if you can't install bushings yourself you have no business driving the car in the first place.
