Re: Suprastore.com
I had an order for alittle over 3500 dollars from them, they didn't send it, charged me twice, I emailed them, they said it had been sent, I waited another 3 weeks (I ordered some custom stuff) still nothing, I called them, they said they'd put it on the truck that day. AFTER 2 months. When one of the parts came broken, they gave me no advice on how to fix it or get my money back. I was told to "deal" with the problem because installation should be "intuitive". did get a refund for the second charge. But overall, I needed the stuff within a week or so and it ended up being 2 months. All parts were "in stock".

They dude, sounding like it wasn't a problem, said it'd be here Friday. I told them their customer service sucked and that they'd lost a customer (I was gonna get my HKS exhaust there too.)
I missed a Fed-Ex delivery today, hopefully that was it. If you're looking for a good site with good service, I'd suggest Mach III. They don't carry the most stuff but I got my wheels there and everything was top notch.

i posted this on supraforums and the guy says he sent me tracking info and such. i cant get into my email to see. (hotmail sucks) but the above thread has "suprastores" response.
fyi, marko has his own company (STC) making TC's, and built autos, not affiliated with suprastore. the guy who runs it is mark tozer.
here it is if you cant see the thread(copy and pasted):
"shipped out allready, try calling.
THis item has to be special ordered from the manufactor. try understanding, if you have a car that parts arent readily avaiable, chances are it has to be special ordered... next time before you order check to see if we have it in stock, or how long it will take to get. dont blame us for the manufactuer not having it in stock.
Check your e-mail and answering machine for a tracking #."

Re: Suprastore.com
I always call before I order to make sure that the item is in stock. And if its not, then get an ETA. In all honesty, I've only ordered a turbo timer from them and with my bad memory, the only thing I remember is that I recieved a black GReddy turbo timer, instead of the silver one I thought I ordered. It showed up a week late, but this being the first time I had ever ordered anything online, I never went back. I do check the site all the time for price comparisons and pictures of an item. I admit that the site is well layed out, but to many horror stories keep me from going back.
