Next question, the 12s im runing are the JL Audio W0. on the site it says the best Sealed Enclosure Range: 1.00-1.75 cu.ft. (28.3-49.5 liters)
what exactly does that mean? also it says continues power handling 125 watts, so should i be running 125 watts to each sub?

LxWxH / 1728 with give you cu.ft. For example if your box is 14"L x 12"W x 12"H = 1.36 cu.ft. If the woofers require 125 watts RMS then yes thats what you should push to them.

JL does underrate their subs i ran closer to 200 on my 10WO's but i would recomend you talk to stereo shop since im not familiar with 12WO's but yeah 3/4 MDF, liquid nails, and a nail gun and a lil upholstry will seal it up nicely.

if you want to save a little wieght you can use 5/8" particle board, i used MDF and it keep splitting the wood. so i bought particle board wood glue and silicone for some extra sealent. i used sheet rock screws instead of nails, but thats just what i'm used to. i would recommend building a ported box(just go by the specs on the site)imo its better than a sealed box

If you want to save even more weight, use thinner wood and brace it properly.
