State Police
There is a state police on motorcycle in penisula 64 area hes bad ass man... I went to volvo to pick up a part i saw him pull one guy over then i got stoped in traffic then i got past him agian he pulled another, and when i cam back he pulled another person in a bout 45 minute time period....

The city of Emporia gets 65% of its money from traffic stops!! Hummmmm...
For around here I believe its like 25% but thats still alot. Thats why people argue that cops should be doing something better like catching killers rapist etc, real crimes, well real crimes cost the city to prosecute, jail, feed, medicine. They get none of it back, but busting people with money, that will be set free after payment, cost them nothing and gets them more money, see the big picture. Dont get me strted again>>.......ERRRRRR<<<<

This was on the News before and they were discussing it. Newport News Police do not have a quota. But their officers performance are graded on how many tickets they give out and the quality of them. Each city is different on how they handle things.
