yes those mods are possible for high 13's but some kind of upgrade in the fuel system is needed to run low 13's or 12's

MAF-T will bring it to mid to low if you have good launch, ie. clutch, and driving skill... You just have to keep it from running rich.

ahhh, ya i was talking about free/cheap mods and the guys who hit 13's like that. larger turbo isn't exactly in that category

Well if you run too lean shit will start melting, so more fuel is required to even get into the 13's. I dont think your planning on getting into the 13's with just 10psi do you?

Nah, mbc will turn the stock turbo to 15 psi, LT-1 MAF-T set-up will make your car run sooo much better.. but like I said.. I don't like straight lines, so I'm more going to the 350 rwhp with a bangn suspension, for the sideways fun
