check this out.. so i'm just driving along, minding my business in Hampton. it's like midnight, i'm half sleep so i know i'm not speeding.. this old honda beside me is like trying it's best to race me.... my car is not a racing car so i pay these clowns no mind.. but this dude takes off and is like balling.. i'm still chilling tho... so all of a sudden i see these cop lights.. i'm laughing at this point cuz i just knew he was pulling the honda... so the honda pulls over, but i keep on with my business cuz i'm confident, i'm not speeding.. the cops passed the parked honda and pulls me.... the moral of this story is... damn i can't even think of one for this shit

same thing happened to me except for it was a grand am and she spun here tires from a light and i got pulled...

 

that would be quite easy to prove wrong in court though x.x

You wont get shit, if you dont think you were speeding than you werent speeding enough to get pulled over. When you are going 10 over the speed limit you usualy know it. If the cop did'nt get you on radar than your fine. What did he write you a ticket for?

Ok whats the cop gonna do, go to court and say oh well he looked like he was goin over the speed limit. Then the judge will ask if it was wreckless and if this kid really was'nt speeding than the answer will be no. Im not gonna lie, cops make up random shit to try and get you in trouble so thats the only thing you want to worry about. It has happened to me several times.
